Charlotte Tilbury ‘Filmstar Bronze & Glow’ Face Sculpt & Highlight
I’ve never been one for wanting to have multiple bronzers or highlighters. To be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of highlighters since my skin is on the oily side. But after watching multiple videos from Lily Pebbles and Viviannadoesmakeup, I just had to get my hands on the Charlotte Tilbury ‘Filmstar Bronze & Glow’ Face Sculpt & Highlight.
For starters, the packaging is seriously so chic and amazing. It’s fairly thin and compact, and has a large mirror to apply makeup with. This really is a nice size product for traveling. I do like the design of the product and how is says sculpt and highlight, though that’s not really necessary. But it does look nice.
The bronzer is actually the perfect shade for me. It’s not a muddy brown or too orange, it’s absolutely perfect for my light to medium skin tone. It gives me skin the gorgeous glow that I’m always looking for without having to lay out in the sun all day or do sunless tanning. I’ve worn this out just about every day during the summer and I adore it. I’ve even received a few compliments with a few women asking me what bronzer I was wearing.
The highlighter is really nice. Both products are super creamy to the touch and applies to the skin like a dream. The highlighter is pretty shiny, but I apply it lightly for a more subtle glow. This is because my skin is at its oiliest during the summer. Once winter roles around I can go all out with the highlighter.
For $68, this is a pricey product, but remember you’re getting a full size bronzer and highlighter. Charlotte Tilbury is a well-known and respected makeup artist in London so you know you’re getting a quality product. You’re not just paying for the name and packaging… which is so sleek! The next time you’re at Nordstrom I highly recommend checking it out, it’s a nice bronzer and highlighter that works with many skin tones. I believe they also released a darker version as well.
